I’m leaving a negative review because I was not informed in advance about additional customs charges. Unfortunately, I had to pay €18 in customs taxes on top of the order. The product itself cost €10 and shipping was €7, but no one warned me that these extra fees would apply. This lack of transparency made the total cost much higher than expected and ruined the experience. Please clearly state all potential import/customs fees before checkout so customers are not surprised.

“By completing your order, you acknowledge that import duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are not collected by us and are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.”
Import duties and taxes are imposed by the destination country and are not charges determined or collected by us, so unfortunately we cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

Super produit, parfait pour ma peau ! Meilleur masque que j'ai trouvé, ma peau est un peu mixte, il la calme, la rend belle et enlève les imperfections. J'avais un peu peur de ne pas pouvoir le retrouver ailleurs qu'au Japon, mais ce site a permis de l'avoir, c'est vraiment super, et l'expérience d'achat a été très agréable. Une chose juste, pour ceux comme moi : gardez en tête vos frais de douane respectifs, mais rien qui gâche l'expérience globale. Je recommande vivement !
These kitchen cloths are great! They absorb water very well, and are great for doing dishes. I had similar cloths which were a bit thicker, but think I like these ones better.
