Cute, extremley cute, comes even with the tail.
A good mood setter for the autumn.
Fast delivery and arrived safely. Good drinking from it
Wspaniała porcelana! To zaszczyt mieć takie rzeczy w domu. Dziękuję i pozdrawiam serdecznie!
I’m leaving a negative review because I was not informed in advance about additional customs charges. Unfortunately, I had to pay €18 in customs taxes on top of the order. The product itself cost €10 and shipping was €7, but no one warned me that these extra fees would apply. This lack of transparency made the total cost much higher than expected and ruined the experience. Please clearly state all potential import/customs fees before checkout so customers are not surprised.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the additional customs charges affected your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that information regarding potential import duties and customs fees is clearly provided on our order page before checkout. It states:
“By completing your order, you acknowledge that import duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are not collected by us and are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.”
Import duties and taxes are imposed by the destination country and are not charges determined or collected by us, so unfortunately we cannot predict the exact amount in advance.
These kitchen cloths are great! They absorb water very well, and are great for doing dishes. I had similar cloths which were a bit thicker, but think I like these ones better.
Hi April, we're so happy to hear you like the cloths! Thank you for sharing your experience. I also use these clothes for my kitchen as well :)
Best regards,
Yuko

Fast shipping, very good packaging.
Thanks for your review. Hope you enjoy the matcha as much as we do!
I had been looking for plates featuring The Great Wave off Kanagawa design for a long time, and I was so happy to find them at nihon-kara. The plates are absolutely beautiful and, to me, they are true works of art. They are exactly what I was hoping for and bring me joy every time I use them.
The ordering process was smooth, the delivery from Japan was surprisingly fast, and everything was packed with great care. We also really appreciated the small gift included in the package—it was such a thoughtful and kind gesture.
I am extremely happy with my purchase, the service, and the overall shopping experience. I would gladly order from nihon-kara again and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for authentic Japanese tableware. Thank you very much!

Last summer, I visited Osaka and Kyoto in Japan.
This is a cup I discovered while taking photos at Nishiki Market and Teramachi Shopping Street in Kyoto.
I particularly loved the elegant wave design, but unfortunately, I was trying to save money at the time, so I couldn't buy it then. I ended up searching online and finally decided to purchase it.
The product I saw back then had the wave design on half of it, but I liked this one even more because the wave pattern covers the entire surface. I plan to use it mainly when drinking tea or coffee during my visit.
A nice souvenir.
Absolutely love the mugs and plate - great and prompt delivery - thanks
Product was perfect. Amazing customer service too. Product was delivered to New Zealand very promptly.
My favourite matcha - I absolutely love this product.
And the seller is extremely helpful and packed it well, and it was delivered quickly.
Beautiful bowl set! Nice packed, beautifully crafted porcelain!
本当にありがとうございます!
Very good absorbent kitchen cloths. Good size and bright colours
Gorgeous piece. Great communication from seller and fast shipping to Australia. Very happy.
Ordered it as a wedding gift for my friend. She loves it!
My Shiba Inu plate and bowl and sweet treats were delivered promptly and packaged beautifully. I love love love them and can't wait to use them.
Am considering ordering another set with a different Shiba Inu design on it,
(the Hachi dog of Japan).
Packed with great care, and promptly received. A high quality matcha, perfectly balanced and great value.
Beautiful mugs, each one slightly different as they're hand decorated. Lovely design and very subtle, pretty colours. They have a nice fine rim to drink from and a comfortable handle to hold. These mugs are considerably smaller than expected, though, and hold less liquid than described in the listing.
Perfect again! I really like your shop - especially the friendly and helpful collegues!
Thank you again!
Michael
