Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Tokyo via Japan Post to over 70 countries. Standard Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days; Express Shipping (EMS) takes 3–7 business days. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Orders are normally processed within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We include all required customs documentation with every shipment.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nihon-kara.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We may accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Food, perishable goods, and opened personal care products cannot be returned.
